We have been involved with sports car racing long before these cars were considered classics and we still race them today! We offer the expertise to make your vintage race car faster and more reliable. We can also improve the performance of your classic street car as well, using some of that same expertise!
The owner of XKs Motorsport has been actively racing this E Type for 40+ years! Where else can you find that kind of experience?
XKs Motorsport was an authorized Shelby American dealer for 10+ years so we have lots of experience building, repairing, and racing Cobras!
This is a very rare, one of a kind XK performance car we designed and built from scratch. There are actually no original XK120 parts in this car, as everything was custom built in our shop! To learn more about this car go to our video section and watch Jay Leno review the car and road test it!
Here is a racing Morgan +8 we built. Jay Leno seems to be enjoying it.
The car is very trick and FAST.
For more information about it go to our video section.
This is an XK120 Jaguar we built for racing back in the 1990s. The car won the west coast CP championship in 1996.
Today the car continues to race with its new owner in Japan!
This is a 1969 L88 Corvette we raced in IMSA GTO class back in the early 1980s. We sold it and then in the early 2000s found the car in pieces. We completely restored the car and won several vintage races with it. It was then sold to a racing enthusiast in England who went on to win several championships with it in England. Now it resides in Belgium where it continues to win. For an in car video ride go to our video section.
Here is another rare one we restored, a 1965 Griffith 200. A very small lightweight British sports car running a 289 Ford V-8. The challenge was to take a car that was originally a terrible handling and un-reliable car and make it into a competitive vintage race car. Mission accomplished. We raced it for several years here and then the new owners raced it in England, winning all sorts of races.
The car is still actively racing today!
Like we said, we have been racing these cars for a long, long time, long before they were "classics". Here is our E Type race car running in the SCCA GT1 class at Laguna Seca in the early 1980s..
OK, not everything we work on is fast...
Below is a 1915 Ford Model T Speedster we restored from the frame up. It recently competed in an Antique Ford drag race. The race were on a 1/10 mile course where it achieved a blistering
32 mph reliably in only 1/10 of a mile!
